The interior area is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
Although the villa is in a quiet area, the colorful town of Alcudia with its diverse dining and entertainment options is just a 10-minute drive away, as is the beautiful Alcudia beach. Please note that air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Welcome to Villa Ignaci! Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Villa is small but perfect for two. Pool was ideal as the weather was exceptionally hot. Car is needed but a supermaket at Polenca is only a few miles away.

The location of the villa is down a hidden country track but the reward at the end is a beautiful tiny villa with some lovely open countryside views. The property is small but perfect for just 2 and my only criticism is about the lack of any form of broom or dust pan and brush to keep the villa floo...
