Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Nicht sehr günstige Wohnung/Haus. Für einen solchen Preis kann man deutlich höheren Standard erwarten.
Mobiliar teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt (Schrank, Besen zerborsten, etc.).
Couch sehr unbequem. Toilette/WC sehr eng bemessen. Wasseranschluß WC verkalkt und kein ausreichender Wasserdruck Dusche und Waschbecken.
Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt und nicht sehr sauber.
Schönes Haus mit einem geschmackvoll angelegten Garten.

Das Grundstück liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und wird von zwei Seiten durch einen üppigen Bewuchs eingerahmt. Garten und Haus sind in einem gepflegten Zustand und ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub .
Ein Carport vor dem Haus steht zur Verfügung.
Das Ausparken aus dem Carport erfordert bei etwas größeren Autos etwas Feingefühl.
