Das Grundstück liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und wird von zwei Seiten durch einen üppigen Bewuchs eingerahmt. Garten und Haus sind in einem gepflegten Zustand und ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub .
Ein Carport vor dem Haus steht zur Verfügung.
Das Ausparken aus dem Carport erfordert bei etwas größeren Autos etwas Feingefühl.

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist kompett eingezäunt, perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Lage ist top, der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür. Alles in allem hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
