The apartment with its unique pool landscape and sea view is located in the east of Sardinia, only 4 km from the famous beach Cala Brandinchi (9 minutes by car). The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette and a large dining table, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and two with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. On the private covered terrace overlooking the sea, you can spend relaxing hours in the comfortable lounge chairs. Outside the apartment, guests will find a shared spacious garden with a pool area as well as a whirlpool and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to end a long summer day with a cocktail. The pool and jacuzzi are available from 9:00 - 20:00.
If additional guests wish to stay in the apartment, this must be agreed upon with the homeowner in advance.
If the rubbish is not separated according to the indicated rules, this may result in a deduction from the deposit.
