This beautiful holiday apartment Lily is located in a central but quiet area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, only a 10-minute walk from the centre and the ski slopes (1,5 km).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher and the daylight bathroom has a bathtub with a shower device.

The large, private covered terrace, with a view of the mountain "Kramer", has an open fireplace and a dining area where you can enjoy cosy evenings.

The footpath along the Loisacherufer invites you to enjoy a long, scenic walk.

Ruhige Lage, zentral, Sofa, Badewanne und Küchenausstattung, Terrasse.
Geruch in Wohnung bzw. Schlafzimmer, Bettdecken und Kissen auf Sofa, teils Sauberkeit z.B. Haare auf Sofa, Staub und Spinnweben.
Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact. The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy. The property is nice, just needs to be updated.
