This splendid alpine chalet is located in Trentino, 8 km from Pinzolo, and is immersed in the beautiful Val Rendena, in front of the Carè Alto peak.
The structure was completely renovated in 2019 and is on three floors.
It is composed on the ground floor of living room with fireplace, TV, well equipped open kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, bathroom with shower, washing machine.
The chalet also has 3 bedrooms, of which: an attic room with double bed and Jacuzzi in the room (on the upper floor), multiple open space room with double bed and 2 bunk beds, with access to a second bathroom with shower (on the lower floor).
The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people.
The outdoor area, with a lawn of 3,000 m2, has an outdoor dining area with tables, chairs and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments and pleasant evenings.
The nearest restaurant and supermarket are less than 2 km away (4 minutes by car); the nearest airport, Trento, can be reached in about 1 hour by car.
The property has parking spaces.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
During the winter period, the house is not accessible by car only in case of snow.
In such cases, it can still be reached on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes from the barrier set up by the Municipality of Pelugo, where there is a clearing with parking space for two cars.
