The shower room is downstairs with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity unit with sink.
Upstairs is the lounge/dining area and kitchen.
The lounge also has the advantage of looking out over the Marina and the River Ouse.

Fabulous location. Great outlook. Super convenient access to town amenities. Spacious and comfortable lounge with comprehensive entertainment for rainy days.
The default checkout time of 10am is very tight when wrangling small children; paying extra for late checkout is recommended.
Ideal for what we needed with a toddler and meeting friends nearby

Wonderful location, very close to the high street. Excellent facilities, everything we needed for our stay — including travel adapters! Wifi went off-line for a day, but we were able to reset it. Hosts were very responsive to questions and problems.
