Welcome to Haus Huber! Our lovingly and harmoniously furnished holiday flat with approx. 60 sqm is located on the 1st floor in a very quiet residential street, but still centrally located in the district of Feldwies. Enjoy the cycling paths, hiking trails and Nordic Walking route, which is in the immediate vicinity. By bike you can reach the lido with children's playground and the nudist beach in about 5 minutes. In the evening, you can end the day at the sundowner bar on the shore of Lake Chiemsee. Grocery shop, bakery and inns are within easy reach. You can enjoy wonderful excursions in Salzburg, Munich and the Chiemgau Alps.

Description of the accommodation
Our holiday flat is located on the 1st floor with an east-facing balcony. The flat offers space for 3 people. The kitchen with seating area invites you to linger comfortably. In the living area there is a couch and an additional dining area. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed, from there you can reach the balcony. In the bright and friendly bathroom you will find a bathtub as well as a shower. The toilet is located in a separate room. In the garden you have the possibility to use the covered outdoor seating area with sunbathing lawn. We offer cable TV, DVD player, radio, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg boiler, toaster, oven, freezer, fridge, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, heating, non-smoking, sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities. We offer a storage space for bicycles.
