Our vacation apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet you can reach the village center in 3 minutes on foot. Directly adjacent to our house is the Grassau spa park where you will find benches, a Kneipp facility and a bookcase. In addition, our house has a beautiful garden with wooden terrace on the natural pond. Nearby, the Reifinger Lake invites you to swim (about 1 km)Our house is an ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Chiemgau. Bicycle tours around Lake Chiemsee or in the surrounding area, excursions to Herrenchiemsee Castle, Salzburg, Munich, etc. are highly recommended.For those who want it more quiet, the hiking trails through the moor or mountain hiking with subsequent stop at the Grassauer Almen to the heart. We are happy to help you with all your plans.No pets are allowed.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of health resort fee. Description of the accommodation
In the 1G of our house you will find a lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment for 2 people, where you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation.The apartment is divided into a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.In the living room there is a sitting area with a pull-out couch and a comfortable armchair. If the weather is not so good with you, there is a TV, radio, CD player, games and a small library at your disposal where you will find many travel and cultural guides, cycling and hiking guides for your tour planning.Of course you have with us also free WLAN.A laptop is provided if necessary.A kitchenette with 2-plate stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, enough dishes and pots are available.From your dining area you have a wonderful view of the Grassau mountains.The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and there are enough shower and towels, as well as a hairdryer, available.In the bedroom is a covered double bed and enough storage space for your clothes. From the bedroom window, you can see the Grassau spa park, which borders directly on our house. On our sun terrace, directly at our garden pond, you can let your soul dangle. Cushions, loungers, parasols and a barbecue are available to relax after your excursions.
