Modern meets cozy at this cabin-style home, tucked in the woods of Incline Village. Inside, you'll find gorgeous neutral tones, airy living spaces, and natural sunlight throughout. A large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, plus a spacious dining area with a fireplace, invite large groups of friends and family to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. Our favorite part of the property? The deck with ample seating, and grill for barbecuing. Our other favorite part? A game area with shuffleboard and foosball tables. Enjoy!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This home has a maximum occupancy of 8.
Parking Details:
A maximum of 5 cars can park onsite.
No street parking.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Terrible experience! Property booked 3 months in advance and canceled by owner on scheduled day of arrival. 8 family members traveling from out of state for a family wedding. Canceled by e-mail. The check in process could not have been any easier. It was so nice not to have to go to a separate location to collect keys. The home was lovely, set up great, well equipped, and very clean. We had one small issue and it was resolved quickly by text message. I would definitely recommend this home and will seek out AvantStay homes in the future.

Two areas of improvement: 1. Umbrellas or shade structure over the deck…it was too sunny to use it nearly all day. 2. House specific information would have been very helpful. The notes left in our home said “Enjoy the spa”. There was no spa. It also listed instructions for “Sling TV”. I called for tech support on this and was informed (after 3calls) that this home had no Sling TV access.
