The Orlando Apartment, is a fabulous 3-bedroom flat located in the heart of Albufeira's historic centre.


With accommodation for 8 people, this flat located on the fifth floor with lift access, has 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 with twin beds. The master bedroom is en-suite with a bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bath. There is also another bathroom equipped with a bath and shower.


This fantastic flat also has a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils; a spacious living/dining room that invites you to enjoy a meal with your family or friends or even watch a film and play on the games console available, and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs that invites you to sit back, relax and enjoy the wonderful and unique views over the city.


An advantage of this flat is that it is located in the historic centre of Albufeira, where within a few minutes' walk you will find a variety of good restaurants, bars, lively squares, local artisan shops, and beaches, the closest being Peneco and Pescadores. Another area of interest to visit in Albufeira is Rua da Oura (Oura Strip) where you'll find the best bars and nightlife in town.


If you want to bring your car there's no problem as the flat has a garage with private parking. It's not necessary to hire a car, but if you want to hire one, we can help you book it on request. Other transport options are the local Albufeira bus "Giro", with various routes around the city, or local taxis, which are always available and affordable (for which contact will be provided).


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.

Check-out time: 10:00


Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)


Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).


A booking, insurance and archive handling fee of 2.9 per cent will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking fees (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.


Prices up to 7 people

The 8th person will be charged an additional amount which includes an extra bed (only €91 per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 per week).


The administrative cost for changing dates is €150. ***
