A truly unique, newly built vacation home on a large sunny plot. The house is located in Sandskogen just outside Ystad.
There are three bedrooms in the main building and one bedroom is in the outbuilding. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan. Large open glass fronts let a lot of light in.
Start your day with a refreshing swim in the sea, which is only 500 meters away. Here you can also try your luck at fishing. Nearby are horseback riding facilities where you can rent a horse. The golf fan will find a nice golf course three kilometers from the house in Nybrostrand. In Nybrostrand there is also a large heated pool.
Ystad offers many activities in the summer with cozy cafes, nice restaurants and good shopping. For example, visit the medieval monastery. If you want to leave the idyll, you can take a trip to Poland as well as to the Danish island of Bornholm. It takes one hour by train to Malmö-Copenhagen.

Das Haus ist an einigen Stellen noch nicht fertig und an einigen Stellen schon verwohnt. Es hat eine schöne offene, moderne Bauweise ist aber auch extrem hellhörig.
Es ist nicht zum wohnen mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und doch nahe an allem, was man im Urlaub braucht.

Mycket mysigt hus med allt man kan behöva. Ytor att umgås på men även möjlighet till avskildhet. Lite tråkig och eftersatt utemiljö. Det kunde noterats att stranden närmst stugan är ett nakenbad, ingen trevlig upplevelse som barnfamilj.

Fräscht hus med superbra läge för den som gillar hästar, motionsspår och gångavstånd till fina stränder och närhet till bra golfbanor! Vi hade en toppenvecka med strålande sol och värme, vi är supernöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka!
