Very close to the beach and the sea and with a wonderful view, the apartment Atico la Terraza invites guests to spend a relaxing and wonderful holiday.
The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 persons.
On the 2nd floor there is a private solarium and in the first floor a private terrace.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
Enjoy the sun on your open terrace, refresh yourself under the outdoor shower or prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue.
A choice of restaurants, bars and supermarkets which are in the centre of the village can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The beach of Conil de la Frontera is also only a 4-minute walk (300 m) from the apartment.
The deposit is charged and returned via bank transfer.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Welcoming and helpful host and a very well equipped apartment , easy to use.
As an elderly person the stairs could be difficult to climb with a lot of luggage for longer stays, but compensated by the views from the roof terrace. A fair trade .

Die Wohnung liegt in Gehdistanz zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr steil.

Property location and lovely views are true gifts for the eyes. The apartment provided everything needed as if you were in your own home. Everything on website pictured is true. Property is designed for a memorable stay.
