Holiday Home "An der Steilküste" with 180° Sea View The holiday home "An der Steilküste" is located in the Redewisch district, directly on the Baltic Sea beach.

It features 5 individual holiday apartments and is the only holiday home in Boltenhagen situated directly on the water.

Enjoy the unique view of Germany's second-highest cliff and the entire Boltenhagen Bay from the garden plot.

Fancy a quick dip in the Baltic Sea before breakfast? No problem, thanks to direct beach access and being only about 4.50 meters from the sea. Very nice maisonette apartment (approx. 50 m²) starting on the first floor with a large eat-in kitchen equipped with everything a well-appointed kitchen needs.

The upper level of the apartment contains the hallway, the bathroom with a bathtub, and two separate bedrooms with large double beds/or two single beds, flat-screen TVs, and each with a large floor-to-ceiling balcony window offering a fantastic sea view.

Outdoor amenities for the apartment include beach chairs, garden furniture, a grill fireplace, and a private parking space. Couples and families seeking relaxation will particularly appreciate the spaciousness of our property.

On our 2000 sqm garden plot, you'll find everything you need for an undisturbed day at the beach.

The lounge terrace invites you to an exceptional breakfast with a 180-degree sea view already in the morning.

Each apartment has its own beach chair in the garden area, and the lounge area with a garden fireplace offers a quiet spot at any time.

A natural stone wall with a built-in garden fireplace borders the property towards the beach, ensuring pleasant, undisturbed tranquility. On the ground floor of the house, you'll find the fireplace room.

Here, you can have wonderful chats with other guests from various regions or enjoy a warming fire when storms rage outside, especially during the autumn and winter months.

Various board games are also available for guests. Furthermore, on the ground floor of the house, you'll find the sauna & wellness area.

Here, you have the opportunity to relax in a modern sauna facility and pamper your body and mind.

Separate showers and ample relaxation zones are, of course, also available.

Various massage treatments can also be enjoyed there. As a guest, you have direct access to the Baltic Sea beach.

This allows you to enjoy the sea in the early morning or in the evening hours. On the sun meadow & lounge terrace in front of the holiday home, you'll find cozy, wind-protected seating areas as well as the grill fireplace with an unobstructed sea view. Naturally, the large meadow can also be used for playing ball games or sunbathing.

A children's playground provides entertainment for the younger guests. Our holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the surrounding area of Klützer Winkel.

For such excursions, we offer our guests bicycles in various sizes through our in-house bicycle rental service at special conditions.

A garden chess set, soccer goals, and rentals for stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and boats complete the offerings for our guests at the house. ---------------------------------------- The rental price includes the costs for gas, electricity, water, and heating.

The rental price includes bed linen/towels for the initial setup.

Boltenhagen is a spa town.

A local tourist tax of 1.90 Euros from October 1st to April 30th, or 2.80 Euros from May 1st to September 30th, per person per day, is charged locally for guests aged 16 and over.
