The luxurious holiday apartment Sissi is located in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee and impresses guests with its beautiful décor.
The barrier-free apartment consists of a living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment is further equipped with Wi-Fi, a beautiful fireplace, satellite TV, a portable fan, a ping-pong table, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby cot and a high chair (on request).
On site you can find a playground where your children can enjoy themselves.
The outside area of the apartment includes a private south-facing terrace with a magnificent mountain panorama, it is furnished and equipped with a barbecue (coal and gas).
There is also a shared garden with an outdoor shower and pool (from April to November).
Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee.
The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes away by car (1.3 km), here you can also find restaurants, bars and cafés.
The lido Übersee is just a short drive of 7 minutes (4 km) away.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Tourist tax is included in the price.
The apartment is fully accessible except for the front door, which can be equipped with a ramp.
The property is also rented out for events.

Pool sehr angenehm, helle Wohnung, toller Ausblick, ideale Lage.
Ausstattung der Küche sehr knapp, keine Topflappen, kein Suppenschöpfer, keine Untersetzer für
die Teller, nur 2 Geschirrtücher für 8 Tage. Sofa schon älter, unbequem, für diese große Wohnung recht klein, 2 Sterne. Viel Staub unterm Bett.
