L emplacement et le calme
Le manque de équipement : saladier, essoreuse à salade, mixeur pour faire 1 soupe, wifi.
La configuration du jardin partagé ne permet pas de se sentir "à l aise ".
Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir 1 personne locataire à l étage de passer devant notre porte fenêtre de chambre un matin !

Dreckig und ungepflegt. Böden beschädigt. Wohnung riecht muffig. WLAN so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Warmes Wasser erst nach 10 Minuten. Außenbereich ungepflegt und schmutzig. Rauchmelder nicht vorhanden. Kann niemanden empfehlen hier zu wohnen. Bilder im Netz sind 15 Jahre alt. Geht garnicht

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, zum Beispiel mit kleinen Tellern oder Brettchen fürs Frühstück. Es sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die unseren insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt haben.
