The apartment is very modern with almost everything you need (no microwave). It is in an excellent location with east access to the subway (U-Bahn) which is very easy to use especially if you have the week long pass. Many points of interest (Glockenspiel) are within walking distance if that is your thing. Overall, the apartment is awesome!!

The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The outside area was a great place to relax. Many of the sites in Munich are about a half hour walk, although it is very close to the Octoberfest grounds. It would be a great location for that! Such a conveniently located apartment for Oktoberfest in a very nice and clean area, and close to the underground transit. Not to mention, the decor is beautifully done!
We had some trouble with the key when the building garage closed at night, and the washing machine flooded and locked our clothes...
