Rustic cottage in the countryside about 3 km from the sea, in the Maragani area between Menfi (10 km ) and Sciacca (13 km), where you can find the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of Sicily.
The house is located on a plot in community with another farmhouse (see ISR256), but has enough private space.
The private outdoor area around the house is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, table and chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining, barbecue.
