The 18 m² apartment is ideal for one person, but a second guest can also be accommodated.
The living and sleeping area (with a sofa bed), one bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen in the hallway provide everything you need for your stay.
Hairdryer, dishwasher, 3-star fridge, combination oven, egg cooker, coffee and espresso machine, and milk frother are available.
Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, radio, and telephone are also provided.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement (operated with coins). The apartment is not step-free, as the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor.
Self check-in and check-out are mandatory. Enjoy relaxing moments on your private balcony—but please watch out for seagulls.
There is no private parking, but parking spaces and charging stations are available at the building or on the street.
The beach is just around the corner, and public transport (Bus A+B) stops on the street.
