In a quiet and yet central location in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, only 100 m from the lake shore, the light-flooded holiday apartment "Haus Behr am See" enchants guests with its modern and high-quality design.
The 120 m² apartment extends over 2 floors: The 3 separately accessible bedrooms with TV are, like the bathroom, on the first floor.
The top floor above enchants you with a loggia with lake view and an open kitchen, dining and living area.
The apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people and its amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite-TV. On the two furnished balconies you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of wine.
The lakeside promenade to the harbour and the historic old town are only a 2-minute walk away.
A variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops await you there.
Many popular excursion destinations such as Constance, the island Reichenau, the island Mainau, Stein am Rhein or Meersburg are within a radius of 10 to 20 km. Parking spaces are available on the property. Please wear slippers in the apartment. Smokers are requested to smoke exclusively on the balconies. The apartment is intended for families and groups - please treat the apartment with care.
For children under 5 years the apartment is not suitable for safety reasons.
Please note that this accommodation is not allowed for craftsmen. Parties are not allowed. The cleaning of the kitchen (crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, waste disposal, etc.) must be done by yourself. Please note that the deposit must be paid in cash to the host on site. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem rundum perfekten Ferienapartment in Radolfzell. Herr Behr hat dieses blitzsaubere Domizil bis ins Detail durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und wurde viel Wert auf Qualität und Wohlbefinden gelegt. Die Lage und der Freifahrtschein für Bus und Bahn waren perfekt für Ausflüge.
Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen.
Eine top ausgestattete gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, im großzügigen Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter Erholung kein Problem. Die Nähe zum Bodensee, zur Mettnau und zum Stadtzentrum gleichermaßen, ein bequemer Parkplatz und der nahe Bahnhof sind ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen zu Fuß, mit der Bahn oder dem Auto. Wir werden wiederkommen!
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche bei bestem Wetter.

Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, auch wenn wir uns ein separates WC gewünscht hätten.
Die Nähe zur Altstadt , zum Hafen und zum Bahnhof waren unschlagbar.
Die Servicekräfte waren ausgesprochen freundlich.
An den nächtlichen und morgendlichen Verkehr vorm Schlafzimmerfenster mussten wir uns erst einmal gewöhnen.
Die vielen Hinweisschilder haben uns sehr irritiert, entstanden aber sicherlich aus mehrjähriger Erfahrung bei der Vermietung dieser schönen Ferienwohnung.
