With an unbeatable location just a few footsteps from the seaside in Nerja, the cosy holiday apartment Estela Maris is ideal for all seasons and offers fantastic sea views.
Located on the first floor, the light-filled apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television and a baby cot (upon request). Even in winter, the property gets a lot of sunlight - one of your private balconies is perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a coffee and newspaper.
In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a beautiful pool area complete with a children’s pool and an outdoor shower.
Supermarkets, restaurants, a medical clinic and pharmacies are just around the corner (270 m or a 3-minute walk away) while the historic town centre and the romantic Balcón de Europa await your visit just 1 km or a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Thanks to the fantastic location of the residential complex, the pool area and shared garden offer direct access to the white, sandy beach El Playazo.
The beloved beach Playa Torrecilla is also just 500 m or a 5-minute walk away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. Upon request, the owner will consider making you an offer for 1-night stays.

Extremely over charged @ €138 per night... €967 / £841.78 for the week
no welcome basket especially no water upon arrival
Pictures make apartment & balcony look bigger & more modern than what they are. Apartment is dated & in need of revamp

Lage direkt am Strand (100m entfernt). Blick vom Balkon, v.a. Abends: Sonnenuntergang konnte man immer genießen. Basisausstattung war gut. Deutsches Fernsehen via Satellit (alle Programme!). Die Gastgeberin Fatima war sehr freundlich und antwortete immer schnell. Großer, moderner Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen eigenen Pool, der zu dem Appartment gehört (für Gemeinschaft)
Filter-Kaffeemaschine sehr langsam und zu klein. Nur 1 Nachttisch (links ist keiner). Aufenthalt in Nebensaison, aber kaum Parkplätze für Mietwagen in der Umgebung der Wohnung (Fatima sagte, dass es zukünftig einen privaten Tiefgaragenparkplatz geben soll). Es gibt keine Liegen am Pool von der Gemeinschaft.
