Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.
This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020).
New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings. The unit is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people. The house has a deck with a BBQ, table, and chairs.
The unit has a full kitchen w/ dishwasher and a small dining area.
This unit is great for any family looking for a great summer vacation at the beach.
Washer and drier are now available; shared with only 2 other rental units. Just a couple of blocks from Belmont park, the vacation house can accommodate a family of up to 6 people.
Swimming, beach activities, even Sea World and the zoo are within a short drive. Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks.
This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend. Keywords: House

Great place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need even a crockpot. Bbq was clean which is usually not the case at other VRBO’s that I have stayed in. Excellent host. This is our 3rd time staying here and will be back!

Perfect distance from the beach, kitchen well furnished. The garage is small, fold in your mirrors. The bedrooms fans are missing the cord to turn off the light but leave the fan running. It would be nice to have the fan run at night.Had a great stay.

Apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for the stay. Position to the beach is amazing and is just a 2 minute walk. Everything else is in walking distance.
