Entering this property on the middle floor into a hallway with stairs leading down to the lower level and up to the upper floor. The hallway leads to a large dining and living room with direct access to the pool terrace. To the right there is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.


The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a kitchen full of natural light that overlooks the pool and has direct access to it.
