Experience rustic cabin magic! Alpine holiday like in the old days. This rustic alpine hut is located in the Bucheben district, one of Rauris' many side valleys.
The hut sits enthroned on a slope on a large mountain meadow that smells of wonderful herbs and flowers in the summer.
Due to its elevated, secluded location, you can enjoy the view across the meadows from the snow-capped Sonnblick to the peaks of the Hochkönig.
The holiday hut, which once housed an old mill wheel, is a truly historic gem.
Ivy and flowering plants climb the wooden shingles.
The wood-burning stove, fired for cooking and heating, and an additional stove radiate pleasant warmth and even supply the upper sleeping area with warm air through a hatch.
The rooms have been largely renovated.
The old plank floors, the massive door frames, and historically significant walls and furnishings have been preserved and serve as witnesses to the past.
The sleeping places in the loft are accessible via a hatch and are a highlight for children.
Romantics will feel particularly comfortable in the cozy parlour with its seating area by the crackling fireplace. Summer holidays between birds of prey and primeval forest giants.

Die Lage der Hütte ist wunderbar allein gelegen und trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist sehr gut und unterstützend. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die wir dort haben konnten.
