ADDRESS: VIA BOVETO 41 - 50 sqm apartment. on the ground floor in an independent villa with private garden at 300 mt. from the sea and 2 km from the city center.
Resident owners in the upper floor.
Located in a quiet private road with wide open views Karst plateau and the Sanctuary of Monte Grisa.
Composed of a kitchen / living room fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and large closet.
Possibility of further two places in the sofa bed in the living room.
Cot, changing mat and high chair provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, Italian Moka coffee maker, kettle, iron and basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil olive oil, vinegar and detergent). TV / Monitor LED Samsung flat screen 24 inches, with USB and satellite antenna.
WI-FI. Underfloor heating and a wood stove in the stove.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hair dryer and clothes horse.
All sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
Supplies basic toiletries included (soap, shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper). Private garden of 100 square meters. the exclusive use of guests, with: umbrella, table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue.
