On the eastern side of Lake Garda in the centre of San Zeno, this holiday apartment ensures pure relaxation between the glittering lake and towering mountains.
The spacious apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
One further single bed can be provided upon request.
The child-friendly apartment also includes Wi-Fi, fans, flat-screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair.
In the communal outdoor area of the residential, you will find a large pool, a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
Your private patio, with views of the pool, your private garden and the surrounding mountains, is additionally perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the fresh air. A selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket are just 500 m or a 7-minute walk away while the Jungle Adventure Park provides fun for the entire family just 15 minutes walking from the property (1.5 km). You can reach the lakeside town of Torri del Benaco in about 20 minutes driving (8 km) and hiking paths on Monte Baldo begin just a short drive away. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage.
Poolnutzung nur mit Badekappe, war nicht bei der Wohnung beschrieben, dann hätten wir sie nicht gebucht. Wer braucht heute Badekappen in privaten Pools?
Zuviele Vorschriften, Poolbenutzung nicht von 12.30 bis 14.30 und abends ab 19.00 nicht mehr.
Man fühlte sich etwas fehl als Urlauber.

Der Garten hat auf den Bildern viel größer ausgeschaut. Ist leider nur ein kleiner Streifen und dann war nicht mal das Gras gemäht.
Der Kloodeckel könnte auch mal erneuert werden.

Lt. Beschreibung 3 Schlafzimmer, aber nur 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war Notlösung! Wir waren wohl die ersten Gäste: relativ kalt: nur 13 Grad: Wohnung fühlte sich klamm an, erst nach 2 Tagen war die Temperatur in der Wohnung oK. Bettdecken waren wohl für den Sommer: zu kalt...
