In a wonderful country house with beautiful surroundings and a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Morgenrot, which stretches over 2 storeys, impresses guests with its excellent location and beautiful decor.
The apartment with its characteristic wooden ceilings consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, which is located in the attic) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, satellite television as well as board games.
Providing a baby cot, a highchair, toys and books, the property is also suitable for children.
Furthermore, the apartment also offers many shared facilities such as a garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, table tennis as well as a wood stove.

Unser Urlaub im Tölzer Land war in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung bietet nicht nur ein traumhafte Aussicht, sie ist auch sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert- wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch mit dem Wetter.
Schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ein toller Ausgangspunkt.

Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Unser Sohn hat sich auf dem Hof sehr wohl gefühlt und durfte alles anschauen.
Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und Bad Tölz ist natürlich auch einen Besuch wert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
Da gab es wirklich nichts.
