A wonderful view of the Positano sea is the calling card of this stunning house, an ideal base for a totally relaxing stay.
A short distance from Positano, this splendid house enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the sun of the marvelous Amalfi Coast.
Villa Anna has a surface area of 90 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The house can be reached from the main road of "Li Parlati", an ancient hamlet in the upper part of Positano, by taking the public elevator (for a fee) and then climbing about 30 steps.
Elevator opening hours: 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM.
Alternatively, there are 250 stairs. The area where the house is located is pedestrian-only, so if you arrive by car, you will need to park it in a nearby public car park (for a fee). Inside, the house features a bright and spacious open-plan living area with a living room and kitchen.
The living room has modern furnishings, essential yet elegant in detail: a double sofa bed, a table with chairs for 6, and a TV.
A French window leads to the terrace, equipped with a small table and chairs.
The spectacular view stretches from the sea to Positano, along the entire coast.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker, toaster, and other small appliances. The house is part of a building where several apartments are located.
It is, however, a private home. SLEEPING PLACES AND BATHROOMS For a comfortable stay, there are three bedrooms in the villa, with A/C and heating, and two bathrooms. * Bedroom 1: Queen-size double bed, bedside tables, dresser, TV, window, and French window to the sea-view terrace * Bedroom 2: Queen-size double bed, bedside tables, dresser, TV, sea-view window * Bedroom 3: Queen-size double bed, bedside tables, three-door wardrobe and mirror, TV, tilt-and-turn window * Sleeping place in the living room: Double sofa bed * Bathroom 1: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer * Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer Having many services available ensures the success of a vacation.
For a carefree stay, the following are included: * 24/7 assistance * Wi-Fi Internet access * Certified sanitization * A/C and heating throughout the house * Towels and bed linen (changed every 7 days) * Luggage service available for a fee and upon reservation * Private parking available for a fee and upon reservation * From the main road level, you can take the public elevator (for a fee) and then climb about 30 steps. There were too many steps to get to the Villa and hindered our stay/,enjoyment. Difficult to get to the center of town for coffee/,food/,drinks. Too many logistics.

Though there were a LOT of stairs and steps to get to this bnb, it was everything we needed for 7 people. The place was clean, spacious, great air conditioning, and beautiful views!
