The villa, built in 1976 and renovated in 2020, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger and garden furniture.

Your villa consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with electric heating and central heating (gas). Air conditioning in every room The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The stairs are a bit steep The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 25 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette, TV and Wardrobe, wardrobe. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds and Ruhás szekrény 1 db, éjjeliszekrény 2, fotel 2, dohányzó asztal 1 db. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BAL SIO 439 (6P) is located on the property, BALSIO558 (2P) is in the same house. 100 m from the free beach. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
