A romantic and charming Valais-style chalet in Bächerhäusern, a small hamlet in Grengiols. The chalet is perfect for two people who love nature. It’s ideal for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or simply enjoying some pure relaxation. Fiesch and Betten (the valley station for Bettmeralp) are just a few minutes away by car and are also easily accessible from the Grengiols train station via the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway.
On the ground floor, the chalet features a dining room with a kitchen, a fireplace, and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Dish towels and bath towels are provided for your use.
You can reach the upper floor via a ladder staircase. There you’ll find a living room, a bedroom, and a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. The bed (1.40 m wide) is, of course, freshly made.
Through the balcony door, you’ll step out onto a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountain landscape. Below, there’s a terrace with a nice seating area and an outdoor grill.
Next to the chalet is a stable. There, you’ll find firewood ready for a romantic fire in the fireplace.
In the village of Grengiols, there is a restaurant and a supermarket. The train station is about a 30-minute walk away.
Public parking is available a 3-minute walk from the chalet, near the Grengiols chapel.

Inpandige trapje en luik: niet geschikt voor zwaarlijvige mensen en mensen die wat minder mobiel zijn. Buitentrap: gelukkig weinig regen, maar anders behelpen. Wij zijn zelf 70 ers, maar we konden ons behelpen. Parkeerplaats bij kapel: regelmatig landbouwmachines; we konden niet altijd een plek vinden. Maar toch hadden we een prima verblijf.

Sehr angenehme ruhige Umgebung. Im Dorf gibt es ein Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Schöne Lage in altem Dorfkern. Das Häuschen hat alles, was mensch braucht. Für 2 Personen sehr passend. Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Etwas Geschicklichkeit beim Leitersteigen in die
