Enjoy the wonderful view of the harbour and Lake Plau. With 56 square metres, the PlauOase holiday flat offers you 4 beds, 2 of which are in the separate bedroom and 2 more in the living/dining area. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request. Children up to 4 years old can sleep in their parents' bed free of charge.
Directly from the ground floor flat with terrace and garden facing south, you can enjoy the unique view of the harbour and Lake Plau. The flat has wood-effect flooring, underfloor heating and a fireplace. It has electric insect screens on all exterior doors and windows. Internet and WLAN are included in the price.
The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The clothes horse is in the storeroom. A boat mooring (9.00 m x 3.50 m) in the harbour can be booked optionally and is charged according to the size of the boat. A dog can be brought along and will be charged additionally with 10 € per day.

Living/dining area:
Sideboard, sofa and permanent sleeper sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress 170 x 200 cm and armchair, fireplace, flat screen TV, door to the terrace, dining area, kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, crockery, cooking utensils and tea towels.
Free wifi/internet throughout the flat.
Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, towel radiator, washing machine, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
Terrace/garden:
Table with 4 chairs, 2 garden loungers and parasol on the terrace
Other:
In the flat you will also find coffee filter bags, tea, sugar and the most important spices. An electric table grill for outside is at your disposal.
Your dog is a welcome guest.
A car park is available free of charge in the area in front of the harbour village.
Optional boat mooring is available (charged according to boat size).

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts,wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Es gibt keinerlei Mängel ganz im Gegenteil,es fehlte an nichts ,alles sehr gut durchdacht.
