This waterfront Lake Gaston home has wonderful views and an excellent location to enjoy on your vacation. The home is 2400 sq ft with new carpet and all new furnishings. Very comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Top floor there are two bedrooms: 1 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds, with 1 full bath. There is also a full futon in the loft area that has a privacy curtain that can surround it.
Main floor has living room, dining area, full kitchen, full bath, and Master BR (King) that opens onto deck. Living room opens to lakeside deck with swing, gas grill, and outside seating.
Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware and BIG refrigerator. We also have a coffee pot that allows for traditional brewing or use of individual pods!
Like movies? There is a new flat screen TV and DVD in the living room and rec room with Direct TV. We have a ton of DVD’s for you to watch.
Downstairs there is 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath, and a rec room. The rec room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, TV, Xbox and a few games, books, games and foosball table. There is a covered patio off of the rec room with a large picnic table! There is also a laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer. We also have cornhole boards, camp chairs and tongs for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs in the fire pit.
The water is approximately 4.5 ft deep at the end of the boathouse. You have plenty of area for a boat and there is a floating jet ski dock for your use. There is great fishing is right off the dock. For the sun lovers there is a large open deck and for those who would prefer the shade, there is a covered seating area. There is a canoe and kayak and some life jackets available for your use. We are in a wide cove a short distance from the main lake and Eaton Ferry Marina. The private neighborhood boat ramp (no fee) is literally next door to our property!
We are in the middle of Lake Gaston putting you close to all activities including the grocery store which is just 10 minutes away.
