This small cottage is located in a small rock garden secluded behind the main house just approx. 50 m from Listed Harbor. The house is completely renovated and has underfloor heating throughout. Bright and cozy decor. Large bathroom and functional kitchen. Access to the 2 comfortable box beds on the loft is via a steep loft ladder. Exit to small rock garden. Not for rent to youth groups.

Meget hyggeligt. Meget støv på bjælkerne. Generelt meget spindelvæv. En meget stejl trappe (ribbe) til hemsen. Kloaklugt i badeværelset. Meget lidt tryk på vandet. Få disse ting fikset og det vil være et femstjernet sommerhus âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸God beliggenhed. Bornholm er jo skøn. Mvh Lisbeth og SørenPS: Nøglekoden virkede ikke, hverken ved ankomst eller afrejse!

Das Haus ist etwas versteckt in der 2. Reihe. Schöner Garten und ruhige Lage. Aus der Küche mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Bio Bäcker mit frischen Brötchen ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. An die Sprossenwand mit dem Aufstieg zu den Schlafplätze gewöhnt man sich schnell.

Das hübsch eingerichtete Häuschen mit dem kleinen Garten, wo man ganz für sich sein kann, das Meer und sogar eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, ist als besondere Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Aber die steile Leiter zum Schlafboden ist eine tägliche Herausforderung, man sollte also fit sein.
