The spacious and well-maintained Villa Llimonera in southern Mallorca offers you an unforgettable holiday in a very peaceful setting, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery.
Just a 5-minute drive (about 3.5 km) away is Sa Ràpita beach, followed by the famous Es Trenc beach.
With crystal-clear waters and fine white sand, it’s ideal for families with children. This Mallorcan-style holiday home features on the ground floor a large living room, dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a covered terrace.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200 cm bed and one with a 160x200 cm bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, dining room and bedrooms, barbecue, satellite TV, and board games.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, automatic coffee machine for coffee beans, and all necessary utensils for family meals.
The water is filtered by a high-quality osmosis system and can be drunk directly from the tap. The spacious covered terrace is perfect for starting your day with breakfast or enjoying a barbecue evening with the family.
You can also watch the sunset with a drink from one of the 3 balconies upstairs. Just a few steps away, in a separate area, is a spacious pool zone shared with only 7 homes.
The 8x14 m pool is perfect for swimming and cooling off. Sun loungers invite you to relax under straw umbrellas.
In the large porch with tables and chairs, you can connect to Wi-Fi with a view of the pool. A large supermarket and several smaller shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and cafés in Sa Ràpita are just a 5-minute drive away.
In Campos, about 10 minutes by car, you’ll find more shopping options with large supermarkets and a weekly market. There is ample parking near the house.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist ganz toll ausgestattet, man brauchte nicht mal Gewürze kaufen! Auch Schirme für den Strand waren vorhanden. Der Pool war auch sauber und super nah am Haus.
Das hat an sich nichts mit der Unterkunft selbst zu tun. Der Strand ist ungefähr 3,5km entfernt. Wir hatten die Zeit über kein Auto, wir haben immer das Taxi genommen oder sind zu Fuß gegangen. Wem das nichts ausmacht und wer auch Einkäufe im Spar mit dem Taxi erledigen würde, dann ist die Lage absolut kein Problem. Ansonsten würde ich ein Auto empfehlen.
