This beautiful townhouse is located in the picturesque bay of Cala Salions, in the heart of the Costa Brava, offering an exceptional location just 100 meters from the beach.
Its privileged position, almost overlooking the sea, provides breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. LOCATION: The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, accessible via a convenient staircase that leads directly from the street to the sand, perfect for spontaneous dips in the Mediterranean. HOUSE LAYOUT: The house is spread over three spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation: GROUND FLOOR Modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a dining area.

Other must-visit beaches in the area include Cala Giverola, Cala Pola, and the coves between Tossa de Mar and Blanes. The charming town of Tossa de Mar is only 8 km away.
Known for its beaches, medieval old town, and relaxed atmosphere, it's an ideal destination for families, offering a wide range of water sports and excellent restaurants, from cozy tapas bars to seafood restaurants.
There are also scenic coastal routes and cultural sites to explore.

The view, quick access to the beach and shop. Within driving distance of Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar and Blanes
The roads are not an easy drive, and you definitely need a car.

Oferowany dom jest bardzo przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Miejsce w jakim się znajduje jest przepiękne,cudowna plaża z super skałami pozwala na pływanie nurkowanie i opalanie. Gospodarz dostępny on-line cały czas, bardzo szybko reaguje na każde pytanie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom, jest on najładniejszy w okolicy i bardzo blisko przepięknej plaży. Rzadko się bywa w tak pięknym miejscu.
