The 2-storey apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. It also has air conditioning (in the downstairs living room) and television. Due to its optimal, central location, the accommodation is perfectly suited for all those seeking a beach holiday while experiencing authentic, southern Italian culture firsthand. From the 2nd floor you have access to the terrace, which invites you to enjoy delicious communal meals in the fresh air and which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 240 m away and the nearest sandy beach, Lido L'Isola dei Briganti, is just a minute's walk away.

Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.
