Stretching over 5,000 m2 of lush garden featuring an ample variety of exotic plants and flowers, the structure provides extensive outside living space: an outside kitchen with charcoal barbecue and wood-fire oven, a lovely dining table and a large sitting area.
Next to the veranda is the swimming pool, which features a telescopic cover that can be open in summer and closed in winter.
The pool can be heated up to a temperature of up to 33 degrees Celsius in winter. It\'s strategic position makes it the perfect solution for those who wish to enjoy both Sicily\'s sandy beaches and the marvels of it\'s capital city\'s Arab-Norman architecture.
