In Marielyst you will find this cottage built in 2019 for 20 people with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna and many fun both indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family's enjoyment. In the pool area you will find a 20 m2 large swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman staircase, where the children are guaranteed to splash loose. You can also relax in the sauna or enjoy the hot tub bubbles after an active day in the area. The cottage has a large activity room with billiards, table tennis, darts and football games, so everyone can compete in tournaments. In the corner of the sofa you can follow the matches, watch a good movie or play PlayStation4. And at the bar you can grab a cool drink. The cottage's large kitchen has double up on equipment: two ovens, stoves, sinks, dishwashers and refrigerator space, so that cooking and the subsequent cleaning can be done together. The kitchen is connected to the living room, and every man can gather around the long dining table or enjoy himself on the sofa in front of the television. In the kitchen-living room you will find the cottage's wood-burning stove, which warms up on a cool evening with rain and debris. The cottage has eight bedrooms at each end of the house, in addition there are two lofts, one of which has four beds and the other has various play activities. There are four bathrooms, all with shower and underfloor heating. Outdoors on the 3073 m2 plot there is plenty of space to frolic. The children can have fun with the sandbox, swing or play tower or they can jump on the buried trampoline (used at their own risk / insurance). There is also a petanque court for the house. The large terrace has a barbecue and garden furniture, so you can enjoy the sunshine and have nice barbecue evenings. Due to the size of the house, the price of the cleaning of this Skanlux house differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.

Super beliggenhed. Kunne godt trænge til en opgradering,service af de forskellige aktiviteter og endelig til slut udskiftning af topmadresser,lagner.
Anbefalinger:
En god idé kunne være at medbringe egne bat til bordtennis.Medbringe badehåndklæde,vi havde tilkøbt linnedpakke,som sikkert er ok uden Pool. Til slut vil vi gerne fremhæve vores gæsters begejstring for huset.

Dejligt hus til familieferie.. vi var 3 generationer og 19 personer i alderen 11 til 86 år. Dejligt til fælles spisning, hyggeophold ude og inde, samt gode muligheder for sjove aktiviteter i huset: i poolen, bordtennis bowling m.v.Huset ligger dejligt i grønne omgivelser og ret ugeneret.Godt hus, so...

Das Haus liegt in einem noch zu bebauenden Gebiet.Aktuell sind Nachbarn weit entfernt.Bei weiterer Bebauung dürfte keine Lärmbelästigung entstehen, die Grundstücke sind ausreichend groß.Straßenlärm hört man kaum.
