The Casa Bella has a living-dining room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom with shower room, and a partly covered terrace with garden, suitable for two to max. four persons.
It is located high above Lake Maggiore in a very quiet panoramic position close to many hiking trails and still in the village of Agra in a residential area.
The cozy equipment is with dishwasher, gas stove and kl. Grill oven, and fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen appliances, high quality furniture and garden furniture and a pellet stove (from October to April to use) for all needs very well suited.

Approximately 10 min. Travel time to Colmegna to the public beach
5 min. Walk to Alimentari in the village or to the restaurant Bedoré
Located above Luino, the next largest town right on Lake Maggiore, known for the weekly Wednesday market. Here is a good starting point for boat trips to the many attractions around the lake such. B. Cannero, Isola Bella & Madre, Arona etc., as well as Cannobio on Sunday to the market, tours to the Centovalli (CH), to the Lago Delio. You can also relax from here by train or bus to Milan (1 hour drive) and saves the stress of your own car.
Of course you can swim in Lake Maggiore on one of the many beaches. Lugano can be reached in about 25 minutes by car for a shopping afternoon. The
Foxtown Outlet is also about 40 minutes away in Switzerland. Other excursions z. B. in the outlets of Alessi, Zegna etc. in Piedmont.
Around the lake there are numerous mountains, valleys and rivers, partly nature reserves ideal for hiking and mountain biking

Wunderschöne gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore! Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln! Da wir die Ruhe am Rand des Ortes sehr genießen konnten, war das perfekt für uns! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr
genossenund kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wunderbar!
Für den Gartenweg vom Carport bis auf die Terasse wäre eine Solarbeleuchtung sinnvoll, da man im Dunkeln über die Steine stolpert.

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung Top. Der Blumengarten ein Traum. Ordentlicher Carport direkt am Grundstück. Ruhiges Umfeld. Hervorrangende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu jeder Zeit per Whatsapp vorhanden. Gerne immer wieder !!!
