The dining room features a large table with eight chairs and direct access to the front and back gardens, as well as the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
The living room shares the same space and is warm and cozy thanks to the fireplace, sofas and armchairs that seat eight people, a large flat-screen TV (with fiber box and over 200 channels, including French channels), DVD player, sound bar, and fiber Wi-Fi, as well as a large sliding door leading to the terrace, BBQ area, garden, pool, and views.
