Villa Joy

Located 200 metres from the beach, this 4-bedroom villa is suitable for families or groups who enjoy contact with nature, bike rides and the tranquillity of the coast, without losing the possibility of enjoying the most diverse summer activities that are just metres away.


The rooms are composed as follows
- Ground floor - Double room with private bathroom

- Ground floor - Room with 2 single beds plus 2 drawers, shared bathroom

- Ground floor - Room with 2 twin beds (can be made together) with shared bathroom

- 1st Floor - Mezzanine above living room with double bed, shared bathroom

All rooms are air-conditioned.


The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organised kitchen so that you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The indoor dining area has a table for 6 people plus a sideboard/wine cellar with 2 chairs.

The living room has 2 3-seater sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 footstool, fireplace, good-sized TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Air conditioning is available throughout the house, the fireplace is used as heating for the colder days.

The basement has a pool table and table football for the entertainment of children and adults.


The exterior of the villa is landscaped all around and has a small fish pond at the entrance.

The pool is 10 meters long by 5.5 meters wide and has a depth of between 1 and 2 meters. The pool has the possibility to be heated only between April and October, through an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), however if the temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service.

The outdoor space is ample and allows you to relax while sunbathing, having at your disposal outdoor furniture and sun loungers or in the shade of the magnificent pergola that covers the outdoor dining area. This outdoor space has a charcoal BBQ area with a dishwasher and a table for up to 10 people, allowing you to enjoy meals al fresco on hot summer days in comfort.

Next to the outdoor dining area there is a space to make a fire pit, which is very useful on cooler days.
