The apartment is ideal for families, as there is a playground in the immediate vicinity and the owners can provide both a baby cot and a highchair upon request (for an extra cost).

The popular beach Playa de la Caleta is about a 16-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride away. Guests can choose between free street parking or a private car park available by reservation for a fee. No parties or events allowed. Please respect the quiet hours after 10 pm. Late as well as an earlier check-in is possible for an additional cost. The property is located close to the Hospital Materno Infantil and to the Hospital Civil. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
