The 24/24 h accessible and free of charge internet access belongs to my standards as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with various appliances as:

You will find me
in the center of an historic district of Salzburg, in a nice and safe residential area, close to the city center. Excellent access to the skiing areas in the Salzburg mountains, the lake districts of the Salzkammergut and Obertrum.
Conveniently reachable via the motorway A1, with easy access to the Salzburg airport, to the Central Railway Station Salzburg, the Football-Stadium, to various shopping centers and venues as the Salzburg Congress, the MGC (Salzburg Mode- und Eventcenter) and the exhibition center.

For incoming guests, we have automatic check-in. Please contact us by mail and you will receive an access code for the entrance door.

You will receive an automatic mail where you can already send us your personal dates and a copy of a passport or identity card to avoid waiting time at the front desk.

Payment modalities:
As soon as the deposit has been paid, you will receive a code for automatic check-in.
If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
