Casa del Pinaret combines utmost luxury with an unbeatable location in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, just a short walk from the sandy beach, turquoise bays and vibrant city life along the harbor.
Built in 2000 and stylishly decorated with both contemporary artworks and local artifacts, the barrier-free holiday villa consists of a light-flooded living room with a fireplace and smart TV with international channels, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with an adjacent dining area, 6 luxurious bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms and a half-bath.
Casa del Pinaret can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Further amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, a sound system that plays throughout the house as well as air conditioning and heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in every room.
Additionally, the villa is extremely well-adapted to accommodate all kinds of age groups: it is child-friendly with its baby cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards, toys and its safety fence for the pool, but it also can easily accommodate elderly guests: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are fully outfitted for wheelchair use, there are no stairs to access any of the main areas and all bathrooms have safety rails in the showers.
Outside, the massive garden and terrace invite you to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers, or to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and share them together at the tables.
There is also the 60 m2 pool, a large hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC, a ping pong table, and a wooden playhouse that contains toys and inflatables for the pool.
A great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes as well as the infamous Mallorcan beaches are in the immediate vicinity, all within a 5-minute walk.
Furthermore, both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are located within a 15 minute drive from your front door.
Parking spaces are available on the property for at least 4 cars.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Weddings, parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
The swimming pool can be heated for an extra fee (available from March until mid November). 4 hours of cleaning services are included once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking. (License: VT/1400, Name: El Pinaret)

Eine absolut traumhafte Finca! Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, umgeben von Natur, und dennoch erreicht man die schönsten Strände und Orte Mallorcas in kurzer Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Whirlpool und Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
