Located in the beautiful landscape at the heart of Lanzarote, Clara Suite 2 sits in Conil, on the outskirts of Tías, and offers breathtaking views of the natural surroundings and a stunning pool area.

Part of a residential complex with three houses, this romantic ground-floor apartment features a spacious, bright living-dining room with arches and a fully equipped open kitchen.

There are two bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with a double and a single bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating up to four guests.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washing machine. In the shared outdoor area, you’ll find a large pool and a spacious terrace with sun loungers and tables.

Here you can sunbathe, cool off in the pool, and enjoy views of Lanzarote’s mountains and volcanoes.

Stroll through the garden at sunset and relax with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are just a 2-minute drive away; in Tías town center (7 minutes by car, 4.4 km) you’ll find more shops.

To explore the island’s nature, visit Puerto del Carmen beach (15 minutes by car) or discover the natural parks to the west (5 minutes by car). Immerse yourselves in the unique beauty of Lanzarote’s volcanoes, countryside, and beaches. Free street parking is available next to the property. Please note: This property is not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility.
