It is located in the main artery of the city, surrounded by good restaurants and supermarkets and only 200 metres from the Victoria Beach, one of the best in Europe. It also has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable.
Apartment of 50 m2, on the 11th floor with lift and with capacity for up to 4 people thanks to its comfortable queen size bed and the double sofa-bed located in the living-dining room. It has a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, crockery, glassware and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower where you can take the best relaxing showers after a fantastic day at the beach.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the sofa bed linen when you arrive. In the flat you will also find iron and hoover.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

La gran terraza con vistas del mar. Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario. Limpio y bien cuidado. Ascensor (importante porque son 11 pisos). Zona con supermercados y restaurantes. En pocos minutos se está en la playa.

Tiene vistas tanto al océano como a la bahía, aunque desde lejos (no se escuchan las olas). El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y la terraza muy grande. Muy bien equipado.
