El Ático La JOYITA is a 105m2 penthouse located on the 5th and top floor.

It was great to have two balconies so you could be in the sun or shade, whichever you preferred. It was literally five minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the centre of town. There was a great Carre Four supermarket just on the corner too. Everything we needed.

Great Family apartment with comfy patio.. Instant contact and great service with Cadiz4Rentals..The location is great 2 min to the beach and 15 min walk to the downtown. Safe underground parking. And the beautiful city of Cadiz.

Очень маленькая кухня (но это если готовить, а так - вполне удобно).
