A heartfelt welcome to our Sternhof holiday house in Mieders in the Stubai Valley – here you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and spend your most beautiful hours with your family in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
Our Sternhof holiday house is located on the outskirts of sunny Mieders, in the heart of the Stubai Valley, and is the ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds.
The Serlesbahnen Mieders ski and hiking area can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.
In winter, the Serlesbahnen area is one of the most family-friendly ski resorts in the Stubai Valley; in summer, it invites you to take beautiful hikes to the Maria Waldrast monastery, the Gleinser Höfe, or up the imposing Serles mountain.
Fun for the whole family is guaranteed with a speedy ride on the summer toboggan run. The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000 ski areas stops just a 3-minute walk from our Sternhof holiday house.
You will find a supermarket, restaurants, and a bakery within a radius of approximately 100 m. The wheelchair-accessible Sternhof holiday house can accommodate 4 to 10 people and is bright, lovingly and tastefully furnished with first-class carpentry.
Our guests can spread out and feel at home in 5 bedrooms.
The heart of our house is the new wooden eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a particularly cozy dining area where the whole family can gather for shared dinners.
The bathroom on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible, and the other 3 bathrooms offer you a great deal of comfort.
After an active day in the Stubai Alps, you can warm up in a cozy atmosphere by the tiled stove in the traditional farmhouse parlor.
In sunny weather, the terrace and the sunbathing lawn invite you to end the day with delicious treats from the grill.
From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery.
For your children, we are happy to provide a high chair, cot, games, and a selection of books.

A ski room and a washing machine, as well as free Wi-Fi, complete the amenities of the holiday house.
On request, we will deliver fresh bread rolls to your holiday apartment in the morning. Whether you are a sports enthusiast or seeking tranquility, the Stubai Valley and our Sternhof holiday house offer something for everyone. 4 ski resorts invite you for enjoyable descents, including the Stubai Glacier with a large children's paradise, the friendly family ski area in Mieders with a floodlit natural toboggan run, easily accessible from the holiday house across a meadow, and Schlick 2000, 3 km away, with traditional ski huts.
In summer, our guests can go up to the alpine pastures with the host or participate in a mill demonstration. The Salchner family looks forward to welcoming you soon to the Sternhof holiday house! The local tax is charged to guests who reach the age of 16 in the current calendar year.
