The flat offers space for up to four people with a large living room/bedroom, a bedroom with balcony on the first floor and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. From the garden seating area, guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of nature and find peace and quiet in this oasis away from the urban centre. There are many walking paths in the Lattenberg vineyard. Local wines are of very good quality
From Stäfa or Männedorf, you can reach the centre of Zurich in just 20 minutes. But the mountains and nature are also within easy reach. Horses, dogs and cats are among the inhabitants of the small hamlet, which is only 500 metres from the lake, where you can enjoy the clear waters of Lake Zurich. Stäfa is only 1 km away

La casa de 2,5 habitaciones tiene una ubicación idílica a los pies de los viñedos de Stäfa. El apartamento ofrece espacio para hasta cuatro personas con el gran salón-dormitorio, el dormitorio con balcón en el primer piso y una cocina totalmente equipada. Desde el patio, los huéspedes disfrutan de una mágnifica vista a la naturaleza y descansan en el oasis lejos de la aglomeración urbana. En viñedos Lattenberg hay muchos caminos que invitan a pasear. Los vinos locales son de muy buena calidad. Desde Stäfa o Männedorf puede llegar al centro de Zurich en solo 20 minutos. Tampoco están lejos las montañas. Caballos, perros y gatos pertenecen a los habitantes de la pequeña aldea, que está a solo 500 m del lago, donde se puede disfrutar de las aguas cristalinas del lago de Zúrich. Está a solo 1 km de Stäfa.
