Die Lage ist super. Relativ ruhig aber doch recht zentral gelegen.
Im Schlafzimmer waren die Wände und Fensterlaibungen voll mit Schimmel. Ebenso war die Terrassentür undicht, sodass bei Regen Wasser eingetreten ist. Insgesamt war es sehr klamm im Schlafzimmer. In der Dusche war ebenfalls Schimmel in den Fugen. In diesem Zustand ist die Wohnung eine Zumutung. Das Bett und Sofa waren zudem sehr durchgelegen.
