The house has its own special character.
Old roof trusses, robust wooden staircase and the covered house provide an industrial and attractive style.
Nothing is missing in the luxurious open kitchen.
Oven and dishwasher are of course available, as is a cooker.
The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the French doors.
There is a fully equipped bathroom with a sun shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a 1x 2-person bedroom.
There is a separate toilet.
The garden is spacious and beautifully separated with a large private terrace with comfortable garden furniture.
There is ample parking, behind afforestation including a charging station.

Wir haben eine angenehme Zeit in diesem charmanten Herrenhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig, und dennoch ist der Strand nur eine kurze Fahrradfahrt entfernt. Die Ladestation für Elektroautos war sehr praktisch, und wir haben den großzügigen Parkplatz sehr geschätzt.

Ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort! Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Wir nutzten die Sonnendusche und genossen entspannte Nachmittage im Garten. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die dem Alltagstrubel entfliehen möchten.
